You can delete your account and its associated data at any time.
In the app
- Open OTHERDESK and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm with "Delete my account".
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email contact@otherdesk.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account, email address, name, favourites and your purchase history at RevenueCat are permanently deleted.
What is kept anonymously
Your check-ins — the Wi-Fi, noise and seating you reported at venues — are permanently unlinked from your account, and we keep no record that connects them to you. They remain only as anonymous venue data.
What may be kept
Apple keeps its own records of your purchases, as required by tax and accounting law. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store subscription settings.
